Belly Dancing:  An ancient way to get in and stay in shape!  Join us for an hour long class to get your blood flowing, work on sculpting your body and stimulating your creativity.  You'll use many muscles that you never thought of, in ways you'd never imagined and enjoy a challenge while Accentuating your Feminity.  We have fun while learning a unique style of dance and gain appreciation for the Ancient Art of Belly Dancing!  We dance with bare feet with cool attire to MOVE IN!  For more info and to register contact: maliainhawaii@mac.com or (808) 234-1006.


Booty Camp: This high-powered cardio, upbeat, music-inspired class is for people who enjoy a fabulous workout to boost your endurance, self-esteem and physical body image. It's a combination of Dance, Kick-Boxing, Core Strengthening and Okole (butt) firming. This class is 100% ecstatic fun and pleasure!  Uplift your spirit and beautify your body with Shanon's "BOOTY CAMP"!

Jazz Hip Hop Fusion:a blend of Hip Hop, Jazz, Modern and Lyrical techniques. This fun, up beat class will teach the latest Hip Hop styles infused with the more technical ideas of Modern and Jazz. Jazz Hip Hop Fusion will challenge and excite all levels. Students will gain technical skill without realizing it. Mixing these more classical themes with Hip Hop’s rhythmic isolations and “Fierce” attitude will allow students to really express themselves in every moment of class.


Nia:  is a movement technique focused on meeting the wellness and fitness needs of the whole body. Nia takes the "work" out of workout while delivering cardiovascular fitness. Nia movements are structured and inspired by elements of marital arts, dance arts, and the healing arts. Nia students take class barefoot, moving to an eclectic mix of music. PWYW Yoga Beach Classes: Pay What You Wish ($10/$5/$??) yoga classes will be taugtht on Thursday mornings at Kalama Beach Park (under the trees next to the restrooms) between Kapa'a St. and Hauoli St. (mapquest: 270 N. Kalaheo Dr., Kailua HI 96734) 

50% of the money will be donated to a local school, church or charity group.  Results will be posted monthly on this website.  Classes will be geared towards all levels with modifications offered for beginners.    Bring a mat, towel, water and an open mind.  Questions call 351-4584.

Tribal Fusion Belly Dance:  This "Core Focus” class is a Beginner/intermediate level class for adults with Kalae Kaina, the Director of Shakti Dance Movement.   In this class we will focus on core strengthening, posture, and tribal aesthetics. 


Vinyasa Flow Yoga I/II: Vinyasa is a series of flowing postures or asanas linked together with usually Yogafit 1 and 2 poses. Balancing, twists, backbends and inversions are included.  Modifications are always an option, as some of the asanas can be an intense power flow sequence.  You choose based on the Present Moment.  Letting go of Judgements, Expectations and Competition will assist you to Be Present as you learn to listen to your body.

Yoga:  All levels Hatha yoga class that focuses on physical alignment and encourages self exploration of the inner terrain of mind body and spirit.. with our conscious awareness we see our conditioned ways of being in our bodies and choose another way. Be prepared to smile, sweat and surrender to the moment.


YogaFitness: A smooth blended combination of poses, strengthening exercises and stretching intended to enhance the mind, body and spirit.  Focusing on using our breath to calm and center the mind while while working all of the muscles gives us a balanced, dynamic workout.  Each pose has been bio-mechanically redesigned to limit injuries along with clear and user friendly terminology making the class easy to follow.  Freedom to modify any pose is encouraged.  Yogafit is a great beginners class, yet offers challenge for all levels.


Yogilates: Yoga plus core... simply put, calming yoga postures sandwiched with energizing core supporting pilates mat exercises.  There are many modifications for these poses and beginners are welcome. 


Zumba: a latin-inspired, dance fitness, group exercise program that fuses hypnotic musical rhythms and tantalizing moves to create a dynamic workout system designed to be FUN and EASY TO DO! The goal is simple: get people to want to work out, to love working out, to get hooked. By integrating Zumba into everyday life individuals may achieve long term benefits while experiencing an absolute blast in one exhilarating hour of caloric burning, heart racing, muscle pumping, body energizing movements meant to engage and captivate for life! The routines feature interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat. Add some Latin flavor and International zest into the mix and you've got ZUMBA!  In the past years Zumba has become nothing short of a revolution.  Coining the concept of "fitness-party" and making fitness fun, Zumba has spread like wild-fire, and has positioned itself as the single most influential movement in the industry of fitness.
