About Us


In our 4th year of business, we are celebrating our new spacious studio located on Kailua Road.  We have a gorgeous view of the Ko'olaus as well as of downtown Kailua.

we have grown to many various styles of movement and have recently expanded into a centrally location.  This studio is unique in the sense that we are NOT a gym, but a hybrid intimate space where the community can find joy in movement.

 


Our new location at the corner of Kainehe and Kailua Rd. Our address is 776 Kailua Road 2nd Floor. (Across from the new Kalapawai market.) 

We encourage you to bike/walk or carpool to our classes as parking in the back lot is 1st come 1st serve and a bike rack is available on the Mauka (mountain) side of the parking lot.  Metered parking is available on the street so bring quarters just in case.

Directions to 776 Kailua Road: 

From Kaneohe, take Kamehameha Hwy towards Kailua and turn left on Pali highway.  Take about 1 mile down. After you pass Windward Boats, make a left onto Kainehe street.   Turn left into our parking lot next to KFC.

From Waimanalo, take Kamehameha Hwy north and turn right on Pali highway.  Take about 1 mile down.  After you pass Windward Boats, make a left onto Kainehe street.   Turn left into our parking lot next to KFC.

From Waikiki/Honolulu areas, take Pali Hwy over to Kailua.  After you pass Windward Boats, make a left onto Kainehe street.   Turn left into our parking lot next to KFC.

From Ewa/Pearl Harbor areas, take H3 over towards Kaneohe Marine Corps Base.  After you pass Kam Hwy exit, the Kailua exit will come up.  Exit on Mokapu (Kailua exit) and bear to the right.  The 2nd signal is Oneawa St. turn right on Oneawa and head into downtown Kailua  for about 1.5 miles.  Turn right on Kailua Road and head mauka (towards mountains.)  When you see Kalapawai Deli, make a right onto Kainehe street.  Turn left into our parking lot next to KFC.
